Before attempting snow field climbing, get adequate training in the use of crampons and snowshoes. And NEVER abandon your climbing partner. Always register your climb with the appropriate agency or friends/relatives. And again be specific with your plans and route. A mountain climber is a bodyweight exercise that is useful for burning calories, building stamina and strengthening the core. Not only do mountain climbers make use of all of the body’s major muscle groups, they’re simple and expedient enough to be done almost anywhere.
